Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to gmni2026@hvm.cc
Each request will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, please contact us immediately as your original email may not have reached our team.
All refunds will be processed minus any applicable bank or credit card transaction fees.
- Substitutions: Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost until, provided the request is made in writing.
- Refunds will be finalised within 30 days after the date of cancellation.
Accommodation refunds
Refund Schedule:
- On or before 30 July 2026: Full refund (No penalty).
- 1 – 31 August 2026: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- On or after 1 September 2026: 100% cancellation fee applies (No refunds).
Tours, Dinners and Experiences refunds
Refund Schedule:
- On or before 15 August 2026: Full refund (No penalty).
- 16 August – 30 September 2026: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- On or after 1 October 2026: 100% cancellation fee applies (No refunds).
Event Interruption and Force Majeure
GMNI 2026 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, extreme weather, strikes, labor disputes, government regulations, war, terrorism, or public health emergencies.
In the event that the conference is cancelled, postponed, or moved to a virtual format due to Force Majeure:
- Cancellation: GMNI 2026 will offer a refund of registration fees, minus any non-recoverable deposit, administrative and transaction costs.
- Postponement: Your registration will automatically be transferred to the new dates.
GMNI 2026 is not responsible for any attendee travel or accommodation costs incurred due to such changes. We strongly recommend that attendees purchase individual travel insurance.
